What we collect
Your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, delivery city and preferred port, the vehicles you save and request, your payment records, and the documents we hold for your purchases. If you contact us, we keep the message.

Why
To bid on your behalf, keep you informed about your requests and shipments, take payment, produce the paperwork a vehicle needs to cross a border, and answer your questions.

Who sees it
Our team. Our payment processor (Monnify) sees what is needed to take a payment. Carriers, shipping lines and clearing agents see what is needed to move your vehicle. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing.

Payments
Card and bank details are entered on our payment processor's secure page, never on our servers. We hold a record of the transaction, not your card.

Documents
Titles, bills of lading and customs papers are stored privately and are available only to you, signed in, and to our staff.

Notifications
Status updates on your requests and shipments are always sent, by email and, where you have opted in and we have enabled it, by WhatsApp or SMS. Optional reminders and news can be switched off in your profile.

How long
As long as you have an account, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep purchase and payment records.

Your rights
You can see and correct your details in your profile. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, contact us at the address on the Contact page. We will confirm your identity before acting.

Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your saved vehicles before you register. We do not use advertising cookies.
